My massage technique is customized to meet my clients needs. I offer a blend of Swedish Massage to promote blood flow, Targeted Deep Tissue to help release muscle tension and Myofascial Release (Therapeutic Stretching) to help loosen the Fascia (Connective tissue). 

My #1 goal is to make you feel better in your body. I will take everything you have to say about what you're feeling into consideration and use that as my guide along with my knowledge and training.
